They are constantly developing current and potential leaders, identifying talent, nurturing growth and encouraging the formation of wise, sustainable practices.
In 2016 and 2017, the Leadership Development Grants program offered Christian institutions up to $50,000 to nurture the leadership of staff and partners in ministry in a yearlong project.
